Little Buck customers may call:

1-828-652-5911 during normal business hours.
( This is not a toll-free call outside of McDowell County, NC.)

Tech Support will require your user name.

Support for Little Buck Network Customers includes:

• Dialup Connectivity

  - Macintosh 8, 9, and X
  
• Browsers (All current and previous versions)
  - Microsoft Internet Explorer
  - Netscape Navigator/Communicator

• E-Mail Clients (All current previous versions)
  - Microsoft Outlook
  - Microsoft Outlook Express
  - Netscape Messenger
  - Mac Mail

Support shall exclude Operating System issues, Hardware configuration, Web page design/support and software tutorials. Little Buck Network does not provide technical support on any equipment.
