Many ISP's define "Unlimited" access as an average of 40 hours per month per user. We think that's not quite fair. At Little Buck Network, your "unlimited" account equates to 12-15 hours per day in an average month. Trust us, if you need more access than this, you need a dedicated line!

Refunds
If you choose to cancel your Little Buck access, we will refund your account on a pro-rated basis. We do not consider actual network usage in the refund process. All accounts are to be pre-paid for a minimum of one month. (ONLY in the event that a new account was set up, and NO network access was used within the pay period will we provide a full refund. To receive this refund, you must apply within ONE MONTH of your initial payment date. ANY network access from your account will revert your refund to pro-rated status.)

Network Usage
Customer network access is limited to a reasonable number of hours per month. (Our current limit is equivalent to 12-15 hours per day.) If your network usage exceeds this amount, your account will be suspended until the first day of the following month. Unlimited access is defined as attended use on one computer only. In the event of network abuse, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Policies subject to change without notice.

Billing
When you sign up for access, your first month's bill is pro-rated. This is to keep all of our customers on a consistent billing cycle. After the first month's access, all accounts are due prior to the first of each month. You should receive a bill by email on or around the 20th of each month. Payment options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Cash, or Check (for customers with access to our physical location, or by mail if pre-arranged. Please contact network@eckenrodstudio.com to inquire about implementing this service.) Customers may pay online through our Remote access service, In person at our retail location, or by phone at 828-652-5911.

Discount Access
We offer special access programs for companies that require multiple dial-up accounts under a single billing option, or for Non-profit organizations. Please contact us at network@eckenrodstudio.com for more information about these programs.
